Bella: Five Year old female; friendly, convinced she is a member of the family. Confused as to why she is kept outside.

Simba: aloof male cat: has a hard life.

The Jerr-Myster: highly intelligent gerbil

Tommy: mother of countless litters; attempted to take over household with her masses. In the end, she finally went crazy.

The "Mudded Cat" mystery.

This has happened two times, about a year apart.

The first time we found Simba "mudded" when we woke up. He was covered with about three pounds of thick, gooey mud, not just on him, but deeply rubbed into his fur. The second time was when we returned from a camping trip. We returned to find the cat mudded a second time.

Theories:

1. The cat has been getting sucked down some long sewer pipe.

2. Kids are catching the cat and giving him a mud beauty bath.

3. Simba is a member a a cult that does an annual mud ritual where members are encased in a mud tomb and then rise up in the morning.
