The Boucherie Festival's main attraction is, of course, the food! The Cajun specialties we serve are:

  • Pork Jambalaya
  • Chicken and Andouille Gumbo
  • Cracklins
  • Boudin
  • Boudin Balls
  • Hog Head Cheese
  • Barbecue Pork Ribs
  • Roast Pork

For those who prefer more traditional fare, or who cannot eat pork, we also have:

  • Hamburgers
  • Hot Dogs
  • French Fries
  • Nachos

And to wash all that food down with, we have:

  • Beer
  • Soft Drinks
  • Bottled Water
2006 Queens

Besides the food and live music, the Sorrento Boucherie Festival also features carnival rides and games for children of all ages. The rides and games are open during regular Festival hours.

The Boucherie Festival sells booth space to vendors of all types of items, such as arts and crafts; commercial products; and snack food or drinks that we ourselves don't sell. Please be sure to visit them when you visit us.

If you are a vendor, and would like to buy a booth at the Festival, please use one of the forms below. Use "Fit to page" or the equivalent when printing the forms. Booths are 10 feet by 12 feet, and can be inside the main building, under the covered arena, or outside. You must provide your own tables. Vendors CANNOT sell any item sold by the Boucherie Festival itself. This includes all the food and drinks listed above, and may include other items. Fees are $50.00 for arts and crafts and non-profit, $200.00 for commercial vendors.
