He married three times. He married Rachael Ann Stone. (Rachael Ann Stone is #1540.) Rachael was born 14 Oct. Rachael died April 1937. He married Dosha. ( Dosha is #1541.) He married Mary Louisa Parrot June 6, 1867. (Mary Louisa Parrot is #1538.) Mary was born December 1, 1848. Mary died March 20, 1879 in Mt. Home, Ark, at 30 years of age. !CENSUS 1880 BAXTER CO. ARK. 227 iii. Charley Emery Barton (#297) was born in Mo April 30, 1869. Charley died October 15, 1883 in Ark, at 14 years of age.

228 iv. Neoma Anne Barton (#298) was born in Mo May 6, 1870. Neoma died November 28, 1938 at 68 years of age. She married Robertson. ( Robertson is #1539.)

229 v. Laura Catherine Barton (#299) was born in Ark September 22, 1873. Laura died September 15, 1881 at 7 years of age.

230 vi. George Mcclure Barton (#300) was born in Ark July 31, 1876.

231 vii. Martha Matilda Barton (#301) was born in Ark July 20, 1878. Martha died March 22, 1953 at 74 years of age. She married C. W. Bratcher. (C. W. Bratcher is #302.) C. was born in Baxter Co, Ark.

John Balis Barton and Rachael Ann Stone had the following children:

232 viii. Mary Jane Barton (#1544) was born in Mt. Home, Ark July 10, 1881. Mary died September 15, 1882 in Mt. Home, Ark, at 1 year of age.
