He married Sarah Catherine Seay in Hall Co. Ga., September 16, 1847. (Sarah Catherine Seay is #215.) Sarah was born in Sc 1829. Sarah was the daughter of Ausborn Seay and Agnes Blackwell. !LIVING WITH HER SON AUSBURN IN 1870 BENTON CO ARK.

Henry David Barton and Sarah Catherine Seay had the following children:
