CANCELLATIONS: $25 for first page, $10 for any additional pages

$35 maximum fee for cancellations.

Certified copies are complimentary at the time of filing

MAPS: up to 2' x 2' the fee is $25. If larger than 2'/2' the fee is $50

APPEARANCE BOND: $80

Note: This fee includes a $20 Mortgage Certificate fee and

a $60 recording fee for the bond and subsequent cancellation

One name - One definable property - $20

Each additional definable property -$20

Each additional name-$10

Each additional name after the 10th name - $1

COPIES:

Copies made by customer are 50 cents each

Copies made by Deputy Clerk are $1.00 each

Certified copies are $5 each

Conformed copies are $3 each

Long form certification is $10 each
