In accordance with Act. No. 243 of the 2006 Regular session of the Louisiana Legislature,
the Louisiana Clerks of Court have amended their advance deposit fee schedule. The
following advanced deposits will be required by the Ascension Parish Clerk of Court
effective October 1, 2006:
